All cages are made with a solid bottom. Yes we can make your cage with a screen bottom. The wire color is charcoal . the frame color is charcoal. All Corner's are mitered . Our cage can be put in direct sunlight . Every cage is hand made ! The top as well as the sides are wire. Yes! You can put a reflector (clip on fixture) directly on the top for a basking light . Custom sizes are no problem. It just takes a few days longer to receive your cage. All sales of custom made cages are final . Please be sure of the size you need ! Cages are shipped unassembled. It saves freight expense. Any damaged shipment must be taken up with shipper at time of delivery. Yes ! You can unassemble your cage and reassemble it in a new or different location. Each package is sent with a shipping tracer number. You can trace your package from the U.P.S. web site http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html We are in South Florida. In the state of Florida UPS is one day shipping. Virginia is two/three day shipping New England is about 4 days. California is five to seven days. No returns without authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. All custom cages must be prepaid in full before shipping. Any damaged shipment must be taken up with shipper at time of delivery. We do not have handling charges. Freight charges are exactly what UPS charges. No extra freight will be added to freight cost. Thank you everyone for your patience ! |
